They did help me get things sorted out, so I can’t really complain too much. The only thing is the reply took a while, or at least it felt that way to me. Overall, decent support

I ordered a couple of cables from djkit.com and, it was painless. The site seemed easy enough to use, I found what I needed quickly, and checkout didn’t have loads of annoying extra steps, as far as I remember.
The confirmation came through straight away and the delivery details were clear enough. The parcel arrived on time and was packed fine, so I can’t really fault it. I’d probably use them again, all in all, no drama.

"I had a controller go faulty after a..."
I had a controller go faulty after a few weeks, so I email djkit and they sorted the return with no messing around. The warranty replacement came back quicker than I was expecting too. Really decent service overall, it feel hassle free.

"Quick delivery, straightforward"
I ordered a few bits from djkit and they actually arrived sooner than I thought they would, which was a nice surprise. The tracking worked fine and everything was packed properly, so no complaints there. The only thing is, I kind of wish the delivery updates were a bit clearer, maybe that’s just me, but I wasn’t always sure exactly where things were up to. Overall though, it was an easy experience and I’d use them again
